Joe Cooper is a 13 year old runner who has ran for Yorkshire. He got into running by trying it out, he had a go at it and he enjoyed it. He enjoys it because you really focus on running when you’re on the track and it helps if you’re stressed because you are focused and if you love to run it comes out of your mind. In fact he is so good that he has won a YAL relay race, a young athlete’s leadership race. He hopes to be at the Olympics when he is 18-27.
